Heathrow’s Terminal 4 just got a glow-up, and it smells like oud, cardamom, and status. Saudia’s new flagship lounge has opened its doors, taking over the entire top floor of the former SkyTeam space – and it’s not here to blend in.

The Vibe

The space is vast: 850 square metres of calm away from the T4 fray, with seating for 174 guests. You’ll find sculptural flourishes, elegant lighting, and warm Saudi touches – like traditional coffee and dates so good you might reconsider boarding.

Yes, there’s a butler service. Yes, there’s à la carte dining. And yes, you’ll still find people hovering by the buffet pretending they’re “just checking what’s hot.”

Wellness, Wi-Fi & Wudu

This isn’t just a pretty space. The lounge also delivers:

  • A London Tea Exchange bar (because who says no to £500-per-kilo tea?)
  • Luxury showers with Urban Apothecary amenities
  • A quiet zone for zoning out
  • Prayer rooms
  • Speedy Wi-Fi and every charging option under the sun

It’s all designed to make you forget you’re still in an airport with no Pret.

Who Gets In?

  • Saudia First & Business Passengers
  • Alfursan Gold members
  • SkyTeam Elite Plus flyers, regardless of cabin (when flying SkyTeam from T4)
  • Guests: 1 allowed with Elite Plus status
  • Open 7:00 AM – 10:15 PM, max 3 hours before departure
  • No paid access – if you’re flying Saudia Economy, you’re out of luck (or elite status)

My Take

This is a major glow-up from the old SkyTeam setup and easily one of the most stylish T4 lounges now open, if not the one. If you’ve got access, arrive early, skip the Pret panic buy, and order that fancy tea. You’ve earned it. Full statement can be found here:
