Turns out three really is the magic number, at least if you’re No1 Lounges and Heathrow Terminal 3 is your playground.
This week, No1 Lounges officially opened “My Lounge”, a laid-back, gamer-friendly space that completes the brand’s terminal takeover. The new addition replaces the old Club Aspire lounge, but don’t expect a lick of paint and a new nameplate. This is a full-blown glow-up.

From Club Aspire to Casual Chic
The former Club Aspire spot has been completely reworked and reborn as My Lounge, a 297 sqm open-plan space with Scandinavian loft energy, vibrant colours, bold patterns, and light timber beams that actually feel like they belong in 2025. It’s got space for 112 guests and plenty of nooks to either plug in or zone out.
Expect a much brighter atmosphere than its predecessor and, crucially, an attitude that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
Three Lounges, One Terminal: Who’s Counting?
With this launch, No1 Lounges now runs a full trio at T3:
- Clubrooms – the posh one
- No1 Lounge – the classic one
- My Lounge – the cool, casual one with a PlayStation
Because not every traveller wants champagne and salmon blinis before boarding. Sometimes, you just want a sofa, a snack, and a button-mashing break from reality.

Inside My Lounge
Amenities include:
- A dedicated gaming zone (yes, really, there’s a PlayStation)
- Private meeting rooms for last-minute PowerPoints or pretending to work
- A buffet offering light bites and breakfast items
- A fully stocked bar, because hydration is important
And yes, power outlets everywhere. Obviously.
What the Bosses Say
Rami El-Dahshan, Managing Director of No1 Lounges, summed it up nicely:
“This was never just about opening more lounges; it’s about giving passengers real choice. With My Lounge, we’ve now got something for business travellers, families, and everyone in between.”
Translation: lounge snobs, budget flyers, and bleary-eyed long-hauliers can all finally co-exist in peace.
Mark Hardman from Heathrow added:
“This shows how Heathrow and its partners are evolving to meet the changing needs of passengers as we aim to become an extraordinary airport, fit for the future.”
Translation: Heathrow wants to be less 2005 and more Netflix-and-nap.
And Just Across the Water…
Not content with T3 domination, No1 Lounges also opened its first Lounge outside mainland UK this week at Jersey Airport, of all places. It joins BA’s Lounge and a Priority Pass option, proving even the Channel Islands deserve a bit of pre-flight pampering.
