Traveling around but want to stay connected? Try Saily!

Yes, I love flying, but I also love a cruise, given my geographical location; yes, you guessed it, in London. I’ve been on two cruises from Miami so far; honestly, they’ve been one of the best holidays ever. And now it just got much better because you can earn some Avios, too when booking a cruise. Let’s go over it in detail.

IAG loyalty has now added Royal Caribbean International as its latest Avios partner.

British Airways Executive Club, Aer Lingus AerClub, Iberia Plus and Vueling Club programmes members can now earn three Avios per £1/€1 when booking a balcony room or suite through Royal Caribbean’s UK, Spain, and Ireland websites.

Here’s all you need to do.

  1. go on to the Royal Caribbean website and book a balcony or a suite room on the cruise
  2. Get some points.

It’s that easy.

The Avios will reach your account 28 days from the time of buying.

Previously, Global Hotel Alliance announced an agreement with luxury cruise line Regent Seven Seas Cruises, including points earned on cruise reservations and GHA members being fast-tracked to Titanium status. So, we are seeing an improvement in the trend of hotel loyalty programs partnering with other cruise lines.
