Booking:
Fortunately, I snagged bargain flights from Bahrain to India with Etihad Airways via Abu Dhabi. I paid just £350.00 for an open-jaw business class flight as I’m returning from New Delhi.
Check-in:
For business class or status holders, Etihad uses a separate part of the airport on the left-hand side, dedicated to premium travellers.
Lounge:
The lounge I used in Bahrain was The Pearl Lounge. Click for the full review.
Boarding:
The boarding process on this flight was relatively quick. As we boarded this A320, I was greeted with soft drinks, champagne, nuts, Arabic coffee, and water.
Cabin:
There are a total of 16 Business class seats on this aircraft in a 2-2 configuration,
Seat:
I sat in 4k; there’s a total of 16 Business class seats on this aircraft in a 2-2 configuration,
Service:
The service was excellent for such a short time. After all, service in Middle Eastern countries is just on another level.
Food:
There was no menu, so your food choice was a yes or a no. I am still determining what I ate, but it was good.
Arrival:
Arriving in Abu Dhabi was rather pleasant and quick. Since I had a connecting flight to Mumbai and a long layover, I decided to visit the Etihad business class lounge.
Conclusion:
It exceeded all my expectations for a short flight of 49 minutes.
