Air India.
Air India flies from Bengaluru to London Gatwick five times a week with a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner. However, this is now going to change. Instead of flying from London Gatwick, they will now start flying from London Heathrow Airport. So, let’s go over the new flight details.
The new route will see Air India fly from Bengaluru to London Heathrow. Flights will start on 27 October 2024 and operate as AI133, covering a total of 5004 miles. They will leave Bengaluru at 14:20 and arrive at London Heathrow at 19:30, becoming a daily flight.
Then, on the return, it will operate as AI134, leaving London Heathrow at 21:05 and arriving in Bengaluru the following day at 12:20.
The Benglauru to London Gatwick will end on 25 October 2024.
Although I’ve never actually been to Bengaluru, earlier this year, I visited India, where I explored this fantastic country. I stayed in excellent hotels like the Shangri-La in New Delhi, St Regis in Mumbai, and The W hotel in Goa. I also visited lounges Amritsar and Jaipur.
